    Dr. Elisseou is a board-certified surgeon specializing in hand surgery. His expertise is the treatment of hand, wrist, and forearm pathologies, including fractures, tendon injuries, general trauma, arthritis, trigger finger, and carpal and cubital tunnel syndromes. Dr. Elisseou earned his medical degree at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his general surgery residency at Brown University, where he served as executive chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in hand surgery at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Louisville. He obtained his MBA at Yale School of Management. Dr. Elisseou is committed to excellence in patient care and surgical outcomes.

    Raghuveer Muppavarapu, MD is a fellowship-trained orthopedic hand surgeon and oversees the medical staff at St. Elizabeth’s Orthopedic Hand Center. Dr. Muppavarapu specializes in hand and upper extremity fractures, trigger finger, wrist pain, and hand rejuvenation. Prior to joining St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, he was the chief of orthopedic surgery at Carney Hospital in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Dr. Muppavarapu earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois, College of Medicine in Chicago and completed his residency with the Tufts Affiliated Hospitals Orthopedic Residency Program in Boston. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic upper extremity at New York University/Hospital of Joint Diseases in New York City.
