St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center Welcomes Urologist Timothy Brown, M.D., PhD

Brighton, MA – St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and Steward Medical Group welcome Urologist Timothy Brown, M.D., PhD, to the medical staff. Dr. Brown is board certified by the American Board of Urology and specializes in all areas of urology, including: general adult urology; benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH); kidney stone disease; vasectomies; and prostate, kidney, bladder, penile and testicular cancer. 

“We are thrilled to have Dr. Brown join our renowned Urology practice. His expertise in the field complements our team and allows for us to continue delivering high-quality, patient-centric care,” said Jairam Eswara, M.D., FACS, Chief of the Department of Urology. 

Dr. Brown earned his doctorate degrees from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA in a combined M.D. and PhD program, with a PhD focus on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After medical school, Dr. Brown trained at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass., where he completed his internship in General Surgery, followed by his residency and assistantship in Urology. 

After completing his training in urology, Dr. Brown practiced as a urologist at Cambridge Urological Associates in Cambridge, Mass. and at Urology of Central Pennsylvania in Camp Hill and Harrisburg, PA.
