Amin Sabet, MD Amin Sabet MD

Dr. Sabet is a board-certified internist, endocrinologist, and obesity medicine physician. He serves as the Medical Director for the American Diabetes Association (ADA)-recognized Diabetes Care Programs for Steward Health Care System as well as Chief of Endocrinology at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center.

Dr. Sabet received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine (Washington, DC) and completed a residency in internal medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital (Baltimore, MD), followed by a clinical and research fellowship in endocrinology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Prior to joining St. Elizabeth’s, Dr. Sabet has been an attending endocrinologist at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (Boston, MA), and Signature Medical Group (Brockton, MA).

 

Nicole Jalbert RD, LDN, CDCESNicole Jalbert rd

Nicole is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist for Steward Medical Group at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Nicole serves at the diabetes program manager and quality coordinator for the ADA recognized Diabetes Care Programs for Steward Health Care System. 

Nicole received her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition at University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed her dietetic internship at University of St. Joseph. Nicole’s nutrition and diabetes experience includes working in hospital-based settings, community health programs delivering in home education, care management, and outpatient nutrition and diabetes programs. Nicole is a member of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.



Linda Salvucci MSN, RN, CDCES Linda Salvucci rn

Linda Salvucci’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis College, and a Master of Science in Nursing-Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist track from Regis College in 2011. After over 15 years working in Respiratory/Medical ICU, she joined the Endocrinology team as Diabetes Nurse Educator. She has achieved and maintained her certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist-CDCES for over 15 years.



She works collaboratively with the team of Endocrinologists, Nurse Practitioners, Nutritionists, and support staff to provide education and support for people living with diabetes. She sees patients at the American Diabetes Association certified Tully Diabetes and Nutrition Center.

Alicia Dixon MS, RDN, LDN Alicia Dixon rd

Alicia Dixon, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian. She earned her dual undergraduate degree in Psychology and Crime and Justice Studies from UMass Dartmouth. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Food and Nutrition at Framingham State University where she participated in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Alicia completed her dietetic internship rotations at Metrowest Nutrition, New England Dairy, and Emerson Hospital where she subsequently began working as an inpatient dietitian.



he has experience in long-term care and experience teaching with the Prison-Inside Out Exchange Program. She aims to help re-shape behaviors and nutrition habits to help enhance overall health. She is particularly interested in diabetes, renal, eating disorders, and sports nutrition. Alicia holds memberships with The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology. 

Rebekka Bean MS, RD, LDN rebekka bean rd

Rebekka is a Registered Dietitian at the Tully Diabetes and Nutrition Center team for Steward Medical Group at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. As a RD, Rebekka enjoys providing compassionate, collaborative, patient centered care. 



Rebekka received her training in West Hartford, Connecticut at the University of Saint Joseph and surrounding hospitals. Rebekka earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition at Syracuse University, and her Master of Science degree from University of Saint Joseph with a focus on Nutrition and Dietetics. 



Rebekka has gained experience working as an RD at Tufts Medical Center delivering care to both adult and pediatric patients regarding various topics including but not limited to type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney disease, and weight management. 

Stella Shead Stella Shead

Stella Shead is a coordinator with Steward Medical Group with over a decade of successful experience in healthcare. 

She has studied at Babson College and Suffolk University. She graduated magna cum laude from American Business Institute and Everest Institute. 



She has received a Clerk’s Commendation from the Supreme Judicial Court. She is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace.



She enjoys reading books, music and playing the piano and violin.
