BRIGHTON, MA, May 5, 2014 – St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, a member of the Steward Health Care System and teaching affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine, is offering all members of the community free skin cancer screening in honor of Skin Cancer Awareness Month. Did you know that the most common type of cancer is skin cancer? More than one million Americans develop skin cancer every year. Early detection and removal of skin cancers is the surest way to a cure.
