Exercise is a key component to each TEEEN session. We lead our participants through a variety of anaerobic and aerobic exercises in order to promote strength training, enhance agility and improve cardiovascular health. All physical activity has been designed by an exercise physiologist.

Exercise in our program is designed to be fun. We strive to make it accessible and rewarding to each child who participates in the TEEEN program. We encourage participants to lead exercises and to be comfortable with physical activity.
