Following completion of otolaryngology residency training, fellows are taught advanced surgical techniques and management protocols to expand their rhinologic knowledge base. Fellows will become experienced with multiple new technologies to provide their future patients with the very latest in minimally invasive surgery. Upon completion of the 1-year fellowship, graduates will acquire new clinical skills, research experience and the practical knowledge needed to establish a successful practice in either an academic or private setting.
